To maximize your productivity, our team of service advisors will keep you in the loop on the status of your repair. With the option of using ASIST direct messaging you will receive status alerts during the entire service event. We’ll also count on you for timely approvals along the way.

Check-in: Prompt Assessment of Vehicle Status.

When you arrive, our Service Advisor will perform a walk-around and access your vehicle’s data. Check-in and initial diagnostics will be completed within two hours. You’ll quickly know your truck’s status so you can start making decisions for your trucks, drivers and loads. Based on diagnostic results, your truck will be routed to the appropriate bay for repairs.

Uptime Bay: Expedited Service for Short Repairs

Uptime Bays are designated specifically for shorter diagnostics and repairs. This ensures that these repairs are completed within hours, not days. Uptime Bays earn their name, because they prevent short jobs from getting caught behind long jobs.

Advanced Bay: Dedicated Service for Longer Repairs

Trucks requiring advanced diagnostics and repairs are routed to an Advanced Bay. As soon as information is available, you’ll be advised regarding anticipated repair time and costs.
